Healthy Recipe- Low Fat Banana Muffins
In this day and age everyone is worried about making healthy food choice this Low Fat Banana Muffin recipe is a delicious healthy snack.
This is a healthy low fat variation on Banana Muffins.
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup Splenda
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3 egg whites
3 medium ripe bananas
1 1/2 cup bran cereal flakes
Preheat oven to 350′
In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients (excluding cereal).
In a smaller bowl beat eggs, stir in mashed bananas.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until mixed (still lumpy).
Stir in cereal.
Fill sprayed muffin tins to 3/4 full.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool on rack before removing muffins from tins.
